Томский СоюзМаш начинает подготовку кадров в рамках ФП «Профессионалитет»

Members of the Regional Council of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia, together with the Department of Education of the Tomsk Region and the management of the Tomsk Economic and Industrial College, held a steering committee meeting of the educational-production center (cluster) “Electronics of the Future” as part of the implementation of the federal project “Professionalism” in the Tomsk Region.

The meeting, which took place on May 15, 2021, was attended by representatives from various industries, educational institutions, and government bodies. The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the current state and future plans of the “Electronics of the Future” cluster and to develop a strategy for its further development.

The “Electronics of the Future” cluster was established in 2019 as part of the federal project “Professionalism” with the aim of creating a modern educational-production center that would train highly qualified specialists in the field of electronics and promote the development of the electronic industry in the Tomsk Region. The cluster is a joint initiative of the Tomsk Economic and Industrial College and leading companies in the electronic industry, such as JSC “Micran”, LLC “TOMZEL”, and LLC “TOMS”.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the achievements of the cluster since its establishment and the challenges it has faced. They also exchanged ideas and suggestions on how to improve the cluster’s performance and increase its impact on the development of the electronic industry in the region.

One of the main topics of discussion was the implementation of the “Professionalism” project in the Tomsk Region. The project, which is part of the national project “Education”, aims to modernize the system of vocational education and training in Russia and increase the number of highly qualified specialists in various industries. The “Electronics of the Future” cluster is one of the key projects of the “Professionalism” project in the Tomsk Region.

The participants of the meeting emphasized the importance of close cooperation between educational institutions and the industry in the development of the cluster. They also discussed the need to attract more young people to the field of electronics and to create favorable conditions for their education and training. The representatives of the Tomsk Economic and Industrial College shared their plans to expand the range of educational programs and to modernize the educational facilities to meet the demands of the industry.
