The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, together with banks, has created a single card that will allow citizens to receive all state payments. This was announced on December 16 by the head of the department, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development Mikhail Fedorov on Telegram.
The new card, called “Single Social Payment Card”, aims to simplify and streamline the process of receiving government payments for citizens. It will be issued by the state-owned bank “Oschadbank” and will be linked to the Unified State Register of Social Payments.
