Experience of Members of the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Russian Engineering Union – Tomsk State University and JSC “Manotom” in Implementing the Comprehensive Scientific and Technical Program (CSTP) for Full Innovation Cycle “Russian Software and Hardware Complexes”
