«Кривбасс» узнал возможного соперника в раунде плей-офф Лиги конференций

Krivoy Rog residents will enter the tournament in the event of being eliminated from the Europa League.

As the Europa League group stage is coming to an end, the fate of many teams is still uncertain. For Krivoy Rog’s football club, the stakes are high as they are fighting to stay in the competition. However, even if they do not make it to the next round, there is still a chance for them to continue their European journey.

The Ukrainian team has put up a strong fight in the Europa League so far, with two wins and two draws in their first four matches. This has given them a good chance to qualify for the knockout stage, but they will need to secure at least a draw in their final group game against a tough opponent.

But what if they fail to do so? What if they are eliminated from the Europa League? For Krivoy Rog residents, this may seem like the end of their European adventure. However, there is still a glimmer of hope for them to continue their journey on the continent.

In the event of being knocked out of the Europa League, Krivoy Rog will have the opportunity to enter the Europa Conference League. This new competition, which will start next season, is UEFA’s third-tier club competition, created to give more teams the chance to compete in Europe.

The Europa Conference League will consist of 32 teams, with the top 15 teams from the Europa League group stage qualifying automatically, and the remaining 17 spots being filled through playoffs. This means that even if Krivoy Rog finishes third in their Europa League group, they will still have a chance to enter the Europa Conference League playoffs and potentially secure a spot in the group stage.

For Krivoy Rog residents, this is great news as it means their team will have another chance to represent their city and country on the European stage. It also gives them the opportunity to potentially face teams from bigger leagues and showcase their skills.

Moreover, participating in the Europa Conference League can bring financial benefits to the club. With the increased prize money and TV revenue, Krivoy Rog can invest in their team and facilities, which will ultimately benefit the entire city.

But it’s not just about the club and the city, it’s also about the fans. Krivoy Rog residents have been supporting their team through thick and thin, and they deserve to see their team continue their European journey. The Europa Conference League will give them just that, a chance to travel and support their team in new and exciting destinations.

In addition, the Europa Conference League will be a great platform for the development of young players. With UEFA’s new rule of having at least two under-21 players in the matchday squad, Krivoy Rog will have the opportunity to give their young talents some valuable European experience.

Overall, the possibility of Krivoy Rog entering the Europa Conference League is a positive outcome for the team, the city, and the fans. It will not only give them another chance to compete in Europe, but it will also bring financial benefits and help with the development of young players.

So, even if Krivoy Rog fails to qualify for the knockout stage of the Europa League, the residents can still be proud of their team and look forward to their participation in the Europa Conference League. And who knows, maybe this new competition will be the start of a successful European journey for Krivoy Rog.
