Война — это наука: Залужный призвал Запад готовиться к технологическим войнам

The Commander-in-Chief is confident that new rules of military affairs are being written in Ukraine.

The global political landscape is constantly changing, and in recent years, Ukraine has been at the forefront of these changes. The country has faced numerous challenges, from a tense relationship with Russia to internal conflicts and political turmoil. However, amidst all this chaos, one thing remains constant – Ukraine’s determination to strengthen its defense capabilities and modernize its armed forces.

In this pursuit, the Ukrainian government, led by President Volodymyr Zelensky, has taken several bold steps to reform its military. This includes the adoption of a new military doctrine, the development of a comprehensive defense strategy, and the implementation of significant reforms in the armed forces. And according to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ruslan Khomchak, these efforts are bearing fruit as Ukraine is now on the path to becoming a powerful and modern military force.

In a recent statement, Khomchak expressed his confidence that the new rules of military affairs are being written in Ukraine. He highlighted the progress made in strengthening the country’s defense capabilities and the ongoing efforts to modernize the armed forces. Khomchak also emphasized the importance of these new rules in ensuring the country’s security and protecting its sovereignty.

Since gaining independence in 1991, Ukraine’s armed forces have undergone significant changes, both in terms of size and structure. However, it was only after the outbreak of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine in 2014 that the country realized the urgent need for modernization and reform. The ongoing conflict has exposed the weaknesses of the Ukrainian military and highlighted the urgent need for change.

Under the leadership of President Zelensky, Ukraine’s defense sector has undergone a significant transformation. The government has allocated a record-high budget for defense spending, and this has allowed for the modernization of equipment, training of personnel, and improvement of infrastructure. The country has also signed several agreements with NATO and other countries to enhance its military capabilities.

In addition to these efforts, Ukraine has also implemented structural reforms within the armed forces. This includes the establishment of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) command, which has been crucial in coordinating military operations in the conflict zone. The country has also implemented a new system of military education, which focuses on developing critical thinking and leadership skills among its servicemen.

The adoption of a new military doctrine in 2018 was another significant step towards strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The doctrine emphasizes the country’s commitment to Euro-Atlantic integration and the need for a modern and efficient military force. It also outlines the main threats to national security and sets out the country’s strategic priorities in defense.

The ongoing modernization of the Ukrainian armed forces is not limited to the land forces. The country is also investing in its navy and air force, with the goal of achieving a balanced and multi-dimensional defense system. The development of the Ukrainian Navy, in particular, has been a key focus, as the country seeks to enhance its capabilities in the Black Sea, where it faces a significant threat from Russia.

Despite the challenges, the Ukrainian government remains committed to its goal of building a modern and effective military force. The efforts of the past few years have already shown promising results, with the armed forces becoming more capable and better equipped to defend the country. And as the Commander-in-Chief stated, the new rules of military affairs being written in Ukraine will only further strengthen the country’s defense capabilities and ensure its security in the face of external threats.

In conclusion, Ukraine’s determination to modernize its armed forces and strengthen its defense capabilities is admirable. The ongoing reforms and efforts to develop new rules of military affairs are a testament to the country’s commitment to protecting its sovereignty and ensuring its security. With the support of its allies and partners, Ukraine is well on its way to becoming a powerful and modern military force in the region.
