In June, with the efforts of the Scientific and Technical Department of the NKIO and the active participation of the leading design engineer of the OKTB “Indicator”, a semi-automatic device for monitoring the electrical parameters of IP and SKL products under normal climatic conditions was installed in workshop No. 36.
This new device is a significant achievement for the production process at the factory. It was developed and implemented by the team at the OKTB “Indicator”, led by their talented and experienced engineer. The device is designed to ensure the highest quality of the products being manufactured, as well as to improve the efficiency and speed of the production process.
The installation of this device was a result of the continuous efforts of the NKIO to modernize and improve the production process. The NKIO, being a leading research and development organization in the country, is constantly working towards implementing the latest technologies and innovations in their production processes. This not only helps to improve the quality of their products but also makes them more competitive in the market.
The semi-automatic device for monitoring electrical parameters is a prime example of the NKIO’s commitment to excellence. It is a state-of-the-art device that is capable of accurately measuring and monitoring various electrical parameters of the products being manufactured. This includes voltage, current, resistance, and other important parameters that directly affect the performance and reliability of the products.
One of the key features of this device is its ability to operate under normal climatic conditions. This means that it can function efficiently and accurately in a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels, which is crucial for the production process. This not only ensures the quality of the products but also reduces the risk of errors and malfunctions due to environmental factors.
The installation of this device in workshop No. 36 has already shown significant improvements in the production process. The device has greatly reduced the time and effort required for manual monitoring of the electrical parameters. This has not only increased the efficiency of the production process but also reduced the workload on the employees, allowing them to focus on other important tasks.
Moreover, the semi-automatic device has also improved the accuracy and consistency of the measurements. This has helped to identify any potential issues or defects in the products at an early stage, allowing for timely corrective actions to be taken. As a result, the overall quality of the products has significantly improved, leading to higher customer satisfaction and trust in the brand.
The success of this project would not have been possible without the active participation and support of the leading design engineer of the OKTB “Indicator”. His expertise and dedication were crucial in the development and implementation of this device. His team’s hard work and commitment to excellence have truly made a difference in the production process at the factory.
In conclusion, the installation of the semi-automatic device for monitoring electrical parameters in workshop No. 36 is a significant achievement for the NKIO and the OKTB “Indicator”. It is a testament to their continuous efforts to improve and modernize the production process, and their commitment to delivering high-quality products to their customers. This device has not only improved the efficiency and accuracy of the production process but also showcases the capabilities and expertise of the NKIO and its team of talented engineers.
